After graduating from the Department of Business Administration / Faculty of Political Sciences in 1999, Dr. Halil Bader Arslan started his career as an academician in the same faculty. He received his master's degree in 2001, completed his doctorate in 2004, and achieved the title of Assistant Professor in 2006. In 2009, he became the Economic Consultant at the Ministry of Industry and the same year at the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade. He was appointed as Deputy Director General of Economic Researches to the Ministry of Economy in 2012 and as General Director in 2014. He served as the Secretary General of the Turkish Exporters Assembly between 2015-2018. He founded House of Advice institution in 2019 and became the Research Manager at Dünya Newspaper. Dr. Halil Bader Arslan continues to work as the Director of Public Relations at Kızılkaya Customs Brokerage Inc.
