Tcertification is a non-profit organization that cooperates with companies in terms of the implementation of international commercial activities with a transparent and ethical understanding, which aims to create anti-bribery and anti-corruption standards. Tcertification, which has many members from small/midsize companies (SMC) to international companies, provides companies with the opportunity to partnership with multinational companies through the Tcertification certificate.

and organizations of many kinds, including government agencies, commercial
enterprises and professional associations. IAS accreditation programs are based
on recognized national and international standards that enable their
accreditation to be accepted domestically or globally.

increasingly important with today's technological developments. Therefore, ISO
27001, an information security management system that includes people,
processes and information systems for corporate information security, creates
an environment of trust for both companies and business partners. This
internationally recognized standard covers all small or large-scale companies
in different sectors. The Authorized Economic Operator status, which was implemented
by the Ministry of Customs and Trade within the scope of the Regulation on
Facilitation of Customs Affairs published in the Official Gazette dated January
10, 2013, is granted to companies that fulfill their customs obligations, have
financial competence and security standards (ISO 27001 and ISO 9001).
Our organization, which has been certified by TRACE INTERNATIONAL, an
international anti-bribery organization, has been audited by TGS INTERNATIONAL,
an internationally recognized certification company, as a continuation of its
commitment to this issue and scope, has been entitled to receive its
certificate by proving that it meets the requirements of ISO 37001:2017
Anti-Corruption Management System.

Customs Brokerage has been a profession that has existed in our country for 90 years from 1909 to 1999 under the name of Customs Brokerage. The Instruction on Customs Brokers was prepared in 1909 and entered into force on July 01, 1909. With the circular dated 25.06.1909 and numbered 252, it was stated that the Customs Brokers must obtain a license from the Customs Administration before July 01, 1909, and those who did not obtain this document could not pursue business at customs as of July 01, 1909.
Mersin Customs Brokers Association is a community
established in Mersin and acting in line with certain objectives. The main
purpose of the Mersin Customs Brokers Association statement is that the
interests of all members of the profession will be protected and that they will
strive with all their strength to legalize this. Issues such as ensuring
the elimination of injustices within the association by applying sanctions such
as tax responsibilities customs disciplinary penalties are among the main
objectives of Mersin Customs Brokers Association.
Bursa Customs Brokers Association started its activities on July 24,
1998 by obtaining authorization as Customs Brokers Association.The number of
Customs brokers who follow the business around Bursa Chief Directorate of
Customs reached 20 in June 1998. Upon this development, eight customs brokers
came together and established the Bursa Customs Brokers Association in
accordance with Article 166 of the abrogated GK No. 1615. 4458 numbered Customs
Law entered into force on February 02, 2000 and the powers and responsibilities
of Customs brokers were increased. Their titles became Customs brokers and
their associations became Customs Brokers Association.
The German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs) offer their
