Continuous Improvement and Development is Our Basic Philosophy
While meeting the expectations of our customers, we offer a standard compliant and satisfaction oriented service.

To apply customs operations, such as customs regulations with economic impact in Turkey, simplified procedure applications and other customs transactions correctly, is among our priorities.  

In addition, we aim to ensure continuous customer satisfaction by analyzing the expectations of our customers accurately and by providing instant solutions with a service understanding in accordance with international and national standards. So we can provide high quality services like for example Warehouse Inspection Services under the Customs Law number 4458. Our basic philosophy; to work in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System to achieve continuous improvement and development at every single point of the process. To realize this, our main policy is to continuously train our staff to improve their personal skills in order to improve the quality of the services offered and to ensure that they operate in accordance with relevant legislations and regulations. As the Kizilkaya Customs Brokerage management, it is our primary responsibility to make sure that this policy is communicated, understood and followed by all our employees.
